What You Will Do…
Build Awareness on Campus
Spark conversations where students already are: societies, clubs, career services, group chats, student events.
Run simple, repeatable “micro activations” that get people to sign up (think: table sessions, society collabs, mini info drops, application clinics).
Create a presence for BMI that feels credible, fun, and useful, not salesy.
Recruit more beauties to the Institute
Promote our events and accreditations, including Beauty Summer Camp, using your unique ambassador link or code.
Track your activity weekly and share what is working (and what is not) so we can improve the programme.
Take over the socials!
Opportunty to create content across TikTok, Instagram & YouTube that helps students break into beauty marketing and share your journey to your first job.
Leave with a portfolio of high-performing content to take to your internships & job interviews.

Currently enrolled at a university or college in the UK, USA, INDIA, EUROPE, UAE, CANADA + other regions available.
Naturally plugged into student life, communities, and social energy on campus.
Confident creating short-form content (you do not need to be “an influencer”, but you do need to be consistent and comfortable on camera).
Interested in beauty marketing, brand building, creator culture, and what makes things spread.
Reliable, self-led, and happy to follow a light structure and weekly check-ins.
Bonus if you have
Experience running a society, event, newsletter, group chat, or community page.
A public Instagram or TikTok where you already post lifestyle, beauty, or career content.
